Re: What a P.O.S.........

I have the 1 1/4" that I bought when I got mine, no need to go to 2", the 1 1/4" is rated for more than the RZR can pull safely and you are able to get the drawbars for the 1 1/4" as you can for the 2". I have yet to bend the 1 1/4", but I have been told I can tear a steel plate up with a rubber mallet though!

Re: What a P.O.S.........

You can pull, or be pulled by the holes next to the receiver square. this is where I attach my restraints.
I got YANKED backward by another quad when high centered on top of a dune that bent my receiver back at the frame (gen3). My receiver bar was drilled to allow further attachment but it rose 4" up and has an eye bolt in the hole. When they state 300# tongue weight I believe that is generius. I bent it back up with a pinch bar in the Eyebolt but won't trust it again.

Re: What a P.O.S.........

I reinforced my hitch with a piece of angle iron 1 1/2" cut to fit from side to side and bolted it to the holes in the frame that line up just right with the top of the hitch. I cut the ends at 45 degrees to make it look better, then welded it to the hitch. Painted it black to match. I now have a hitch that works good and doesn't bend with a heavy load in my utility trailer. Very low cost.

Re: What a P.O.S.........

I have the 2inch sold on ebay that reinforces the frame also. I pull our 1000lb race boats on and off the beach in deep sand all day and have had no issues. Yes it's probably overkill but why take a chance.
