Re: Rzr Burned To The Ground
this situation has nothing to do with polaris and 100% to do with the dealership... i have went through this with honda and other brands on warranty claims ( not fire damage but warranty claims).. i have went through this on a transmission with a ford superduty .... all warranty claims are dealt with the dealer first... it is determined by the dealer how pleasant the transaction goes.... dealers have a lot more pull than they let on to... they just try saying its out of there hands and this is the manufacturers policy BULLSHIT

Re: Rzr Burned To The Ground
you hit the nail right on the head.......i'll also say that customers attitude has a lot to do with how far the dealer is willing to go for you....ie if you're an ass to the dealership personnel, sorry cant help. If you're nice & honest & a pleasant person, most dealers will bend over backwards to help you........@ least @ my dealership!!(cars though)
You're a sucker when you walk in the door. If they can't screw you by charging 4,000 to 7,000 over sticker or by adding a bunch of hidden charges, the tech they likely underpay will screw you by not having a clue about what he's working on or even the slightest ability. Eli |
