you hit the nail right on the head.......i'll also say that customers attitude has a lot to do with how far the dealer is willing to go for you....ie if you're an ass to the dealership personnel, sorry cant help. If you're nice & honest & a pleasant person, most dealers will bend over backwards to help you........@ least @ my dealership!!(cars though)

Not at Ride Now!

You're a sucker when you walk in the door. If they can't screw you by charging 4,000 to 7,000 over sticker or by adding a bunch of hidden charges, the tech they likely underpay will screw you by not having a clue about what he's working on or even the slightest ability.

Nothing to do with Polaris ? Im not sure we can separate the dealer and Polaris , When I buy a Polaris product (which I wont again) as far as im concerned it's all Polaris and it's their responsibility to see to it the consumer is treated honestly and fairly . The dealer agrees the plastic cover on mine which surrounds the gear shift and fastens to the floor which is separated was molded wrong and defective from the factory....but yet Polaris says it's cosmetic and wont fix it, I called the # in the owners manual and they were very "COLD" and told me they did not handle any thing like that and to contact the dealer , of course when I tried to explain the whole problem and that the dealer had told me to call Polaris .........and on and on.......Is there any one at Polaris to talk to ?? I emailed and got an automatic ans . that told me to contact the dealer.....if they spent as much effort helping customers as they do hiding they would be a good comapany .
