It would seem that the Ride Now owners would get their act together-- they just purchased a dealership here in NC---problems/problems /problems--and most are with what management calls corperate policies????I don't see how they stay in buisness!!

was there a note made in your service file about asking the service dept about this recall? if so you will need to point that out to the inspector and svc manager as they sould have also looked into it when ever you took it in for service.

Here in AZ they bought up every dealership that would sell out to them.
They as a group are arrogant, overpriced, assholes that think the customers owe them something. Around here they are known as "idiot central" due to the chronic screw ups with service they perform. Sales are worse than service, I had a salesman tell me ...And I quote "I can sell that for the price you want and still make a profit, but some moron will come in here tomorrow and pay 1000 more so I won't come down on my price."
Even if that's true you don't tell the customer, and saying some moron will pay 1000 more so my price is that.... Is just like saying pay me an extra 1000, moron. I mean what the hell?

Re: Rzr Burned To The Ground

Sorry to hear about this. Do not rule out a clamp that was not tightened for the fuel line or any thing else related to the dealer doing the work. May not be Polaris per say, i would think more along the lines of the servicing dealer due to recent work. Best of luck to you. Do not back down on this one. The fact that you and yours could've been hurt is enough to set an example for that dealer!

Re: Rzr Burned To The Ground

I am really suspect it was the service technicians did something half assed and caused this. You had major work done and then this happened. Way too coincidental.

If it was a Ride Now dealer don't suspect COUNT ON IT and don't expect any help from them!

Re: Rzr Burned To The Ground

That sucks!

I have a FMF pipe but it still has the stock y pipe on it. After riding all day the y pipe still burned and hole in the Plastic "Firewall". Before I go out again I will put some sheet metal in there. Anyone else have the issue with the firewall?

Good luck with the liars,...I ment Lawyers.
