2" lift and dune riding

What are peoples opinion of using a 2" lift and dune riding?
I will be using Holz wheel spacers also.

Re: 2" lift and dune riding

What is the thickness of your wheel space
I'm waiting for my 2" lift from rubberdown. My plan is to install the 2" lift then backdown on the preload to 2. I have been running 4-5 and the rebound is too much and the ride too firm for me on the sand.
I'm running 2" spacers now.

Re: 2" lift and dune riding

Holz 1.5 spacers, I have a Rubberdown 2" lift here to install but have been questioned about a lift for the sand, therefore am asking questions.
I will be using 26" haulers for the rear from my Sportsmans and a set of ITP Sandstars for the fronts.
It is my desire to put the lift on and set the preload to the center position for a few rides and figure what is next. Probably a spring upgrade will be later.

Good to get a first hand report, it is what I thought.
The lift goes on soon.
