Pissed Street tires and wheels

Does anyone know where to get street tires (DOT) tires for the RZR? I Would like to find 25X8-12 and 25X10-12 tires and keep my stock steel wheels for the asphalt. Quads and UTV's can be made street legal in SD but our city (Sioux Falls) came up with the idea they have to be DOT approved to be on the street even if licensed.

Re: Street tires and wheels

You will have a hard time finding anything in 12".Save these tires and wheels for off road.Buy custom wheels, large selection on E-Bay,get 14",cost will be about $350.00 w/free shipping.Try to buy a set that is 6"fronts,8" rear.Go to Tires easy for tires,205/60/14 fronts 225/60/14 rears.Have your local tire store mount & balance them. You should be into the whole deal about $650.00.Your RZR will ride & handle much better on the street.

Re: Street tires and wheels

Thanks for the help. I ended up putting 14 inch Polaris Crusher wheels on and Toyo 225/70R14 Open Country A/T tires 12lbs pressure, the squeal on corners but work great for street legal, good traction too
