Dead RZR from HELL!!!!

It never ends, took the RZR in today to the dealer for a few MINOR repairs. New transmisson, no low range. New motor rod hanging out of the bottom end, not that bad this is only the forth motor in 8 months. No 4x4 god only knows what that is. It's a gen1 and when it runs good i love it but it hardly ever runs good. And yes i have moved around to diffrent dealers 3 of them.

Re: Dead RZR from HELL!!!!

Sorry to hear about your luck. 4 motors in 8 months..wth??? I don't understand that at all? Are the motors getting toasted with a bad air intake or what? BTW, Im your neighbor just down the road in Deltona.

Have you talked to Polaris about possible replacement. Does your state have a Lemon Law?

Re: Dead RZR from HELL!!!!

John do ride out at Mudmuckers in Bunnell?? thats my back yard. That would be great to meet up out there some time.
Ive talked to polaris and thought about the lemon law but it's never the same problem with the rzr, I think they have replaced everthing but the diff's at least once. With 1500 miles on it I do expect it to hold together better than it dose.

Why in the world would you take it to the dealer??? The last time I saw my dealer is when I wrote him a check for the RZR and brought it home! Any more than that, they just rip you off!

Because I'm the smart one with the 5 year warranty and zero deductible, the dealers always want more money for everthing and after they give me a list of stuff to pay for I call the warranty company and they say it's covered. I do pay for disposal fees and shop supplies but thats it. Thats the best part of this rzr.

Yes, I do ride at Mudmuckers. I was there all day yesterday on a special invite. It was mainly just helping to put signs up along the trails, but we still rode a little. It was the coolest day Ive felt in months and the periodic rains were nice. Yeah..I hope to make this months event..maybe Ill see you there!
