Here's a close up view. They have a lot of different patterns available. They can dip stuff you never thought of either. I have a couple guns I'm going to get done also. I think a blue or silver digi camo would be awesome!

It might. They put some heavy coats of clear on top of the film. Should be pretty durable. I've thought about getting it clear bra'd also. You know that stuff they put on the front of cars to protect against rock chips etc.

Re: Hydro-dipped!

Yamaha hydro dips their LE models. My 'ole Grizzly 700 was factory hydro dipped with what they call "Midnight Armor", but with a semi-gloss clear, similar to my Stealth RZR finish. The top coat finish will crack if the plastics are heavily deformed and the hydro dip will flake if scraped hard enough. Don't ever try to remove a sticker from a hydro dipped finish, it will peel everything off down to the bare plastic. That being said, hydro dipping is still very durable and looks amazing, much better than colored plastics.

Here's a close up of my Grizzly's midnight armor:

Re: Hydro-dipped!

Very interesting this hydro-dipping ... I, personally, am not familiar with the process or aware of what it is ... need to educate myself on this .... looks cool.

Wix.com - Website built by camotom based on Photo Focus

They are a new company and they had some trouble getting supplies for my project so I think they hooked me up a little bit and they were handing out coupons at a show. Glad to hear that Yamaha dips theirs and that it holds up.

I found a sticker kit for the RZR in morningwood camo but the wife shot the idea down! I love that pattern!
