Re: New Kawasaki side by side
I hope they do some work to the 750 engine because the bottom end is WEAK that is what a kawasaki mechanic said because He has repaired in his words way to many of them I have 4 friends with them and 3 of them sold them and another is going to sell his as soon as he gets it back getting its second crank and rods replaced. They are powerful but do not hold up.......

Re: New Kawasaki side by side
I raced a prototype Terex at glamis over the weekend at the sand drags. I have herd these are going to be the next best thing in the world but my stock rzr with just paddles and smoothies beat it by about 4 lengths down the drags. i stoped and talk the the tester and he said the fastest he had got it was 46mph on stock tires.
the thing that made me feel the best is that i had 2 ppl in my rzr and there was only 1 in the terex
so my conclusion is unless they do some heavy upgrades the terex has no chance of taking the spot of the rzr in the most power out of the box

Re: New Kawasaki side by side
from what i understand Yamaha and Kawi have an agreement for Kawi to reproduce the frame and other parts off the Rhino model. Supposedly the Rhino LT and MT etc will work with the Kawi.. I am personally waiting to see how the Kawi will run.. those 750s can put out some IMPRESSIVE HP numbers.

Re: New Kawasaki side by side
I just sold our brute force pit bike thats how I ended up with a rzr. I didn't want to wait until January for a new toy. I had a few custom mods on the brute and that quad would do reverse wheelies all day. They are beasts. I put 600miles on it pulling race boats on and off the beach with no worries. Now I get to see how this polaris holds up.

Re: New Kawasaki side by side
I'll tell you one major advantage of the RZR over the Kawi and that's FUEL INJECTION.
The 34's on the Kawi will require jetting at altitude, while the RZR never skips a beat.
I'm suprised in this day and age carbs would have been selected for their SxS.
