Polaris back rack

Just got the back rack I ordered from Polaris. Took 5 weeks to get it.I was making fun of it,saying it must be coming from China. It is just a few pieces of muffler tubing. Sure enough big letters on the box MADE IN CHINA. Can't we make anything here. Sure was a expensive boat ride.

Pretty cheesy. Mounts with rubber drain plugs.(just like on my boat) I wouldn't bolt anything expensive on it. Its more for looks.

Re: Polaris back rack

I was hoping it was bolt on, not plug in. Thanx for the heads up.

Re: Polaris back rack

Those rubber plugs can actually support a lot of weight. Not sure about the construction of the bars, but we make a cooler mount for it, and the 4 plugs will more than hold a full 48qt cooler from flying off while ripping through the woops in the sand dunes.
