Exhaust System Recommendations Please!
What exhaust system will give my RZR the biggest power gains? I'm not concerned about decibel levels. I also want to add a Fuel Controller and a high flow intake system. I think I'd like to go with a dual system vs. a single system. What do you guys recommend?

I am looking also, but I am concerned with the DB levels. I am leaning twoards the Gibson 2 into 1 so far. I don't want to pay $1000.00 for a pipe. You might check out the FMF or Looney Tunes pipes. I heard the Loony Tunes are pretty loud.

Re: Exhaust System Recommendations Please!
Thanks! If you get the Gibson system, are you going to use a EFI controller and do a high flow air intake system?

Re: Exhaust System Recommendations Please!
Nope, just the pipes.......That is if I can find a place to buy them. Not having any luck so far, seems they're on back order with all the companies I've called. Anyone know where I can find Gibson pipes?

Re: Exhaust System Recommendations Please!
Dealer installed FMF prior to delivery, so I cannot give comparisons. However, the FMF is not really loud and the sound is nice. I assume slight improvement over stock, but I cannot verify it.

I think LTEs is the only way to go if noise isn't a factor.

Two Bros slip on and their pre-programmed Juice Box. Nice sound and a very noticeable difference in power. absolutely the most bang for the buck.

Re: Exhaust System Recommendations Please!
MAN,,, i can't believe that out of the box, the RzR doesn't have enought power. i have been
4-Wheeling it for 11 years now, and man that sucker has some jump. i run a 1280 acre Deer Ranch, and i have just about everything out here, you can through at a RzR, except the DUNES.
i weigh 250lbs, and it is awesome to drive, just like it is, stock, and i don't drive it with kit-gloves. i have some pretty good stuff, i have to climb to the top of, all the time. And on a hunts, with A hunter with me, it carries us all over these rocks, with just the stock shocks at highest settings. but all i have done to the Exhaust System was to make it Quieter, with a custom addon. can't sneek up on anything with it the way it was, and the addon did not rob any of that power. it is still bad to the bone.
RzR's Rule.

Re: Exhaust System Recommendations Please!
I'm not doing the exhaust for extra power, mainly to get a better sound.
