Holz has a big bore kit, and MCX now also has big bore stroker kits designed to run naturally aspirated. You can go up to 900cc on the MCX kit.

Re: Top RZR Engine Go Fast Parts

I believe We, HPD, have the Best Porting. Our Race Mod Head, with oversize valves, increases flow by at least 35%. On Our flow bench the stock head flows 71 CFM and the Plus 2 Valve Ported head flows 97 CFM. We are now testing our NEW intake, on a new version ported head, that flows over 100 CFM. We have 30 years experiance, and all the proper testing equipment to do the best job. We were the first to come out with Performance Pistons for the 800 Engine. We continue to improve our products daily. We are just coming out with VERSION 4 of our RZR pistons. Higher Squish Velocity, Shorter Flame Travel, and yet another 3 grams Lighter than Version 3.
We are Always at the leading edge of normally asperated technology.
Call me and I will tell you about our products. 3:30 to 5:30 PM.

I like the holz kit also, but I spoke with darrell a while back & if his new intake works out as well as he says then I think a new level in n/a performance can be reached on these slugs.

What kind of top speeds are you seeing out of the Holz kit? It looks like a great option.
