Windshield Help - Polaris RZR Forum

Anyone no how to get the Lock & Ride windshield clamps on? Won't go
on the windshield, I'm pushing so hard the plexi is bending and I don't
want it to crack. Is there a trick to this? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

i had trouble with the same situation....

i found that a quick "pop" instead of pushing worked best. Just hold onto the opposite side of the windshield and hit the mount with your palm, or rubber hammer....hope this helps!

Worked like a charm. Just held the windshield and whacked it with a
rubber mallot and the clamps popped right on. Thanks efornshell03!
Found out the hard way that the rearview mirror, and the overhead
map bag don't fit when running the windshield.

I had a hard time also my cure was to take a file and file the sharp edge of the plex-glass and they went on with no problem.
