RZR Bulletin Rear Diff

Anyone looking to make a purchas of a new RZR. It seems that in the fray to get the rzr's out to the public that a hand full of rzr's sliped by final inspection at the factory with no diff oil in rear diffs. A bulletin was sent out to all dealers about this issue and it should be checked by the dealer before the unit is delivered to you. I would ask if this has been done and not take it for granted. Polaris is replacing the parts with no problem. I am posting this because it happen to mine. The dealer didn't check it and it locked up within an hour of picking it up, it just sliped by them. They have done everything they can to make it right.

No its not good, but like i said it was only a hand full of rzr's. Polaris is aware of the issue and is doing everything they can to head it off. They are replacing my whole rear diff, case and all, not a rebuild.

Re: RZR Bulletin Rear Diff

This past weekend there were 3 of us Rzr owners on a ride. Before we headed out we checked all the fluids. NONE had adequate oil in either diff. Just enough to wet the gears. One of the guys was even told by the dealer that all fluids had been topped off. DON'T take their word for it--check it yourself ASAP.
