Possible brake line failure

Hi Everyone, today I was replacing my stock shocks (2009) and found that the brake line leaving the rear calipers was causing significant friction on the lower mount of the shock. It seems that if the brake line leave the caliper in a staright line it rubs under the shock mount enough to have done some significant friction damage (after only 31 hours of riding) to the metal of the shock. The lines are braded but still could be damaged. I will try to add some pictures later.

The brake lines can also rub on the cv boots. You can use a couple heavy duty zip ties on each arm to prevent the lines from rubbing.
