Re: 08 rzr C/V axle on frnt
I replaced my rt front cv after it started making noises a few weeks ago. I'm not much of a jumper, so not sure what happened to it. I also have around 900 miles on the machine.

i know in another section of the forum they discussed this not sure which one it was or i would direct your there. I think alot of the people fixed the problem by regreasing everything in the assembly that requires grease

Re: 08 rzr C/V axle on frnt
I'm too concerned with front end. I have 1/2'' slop at rt front diff, not cv joint. I read somewhere that someone honed out the castle nut washers so that the castle nut tightened up against the hub instead at the axle. Anybody with any ideas on this?-lol
