No More Whining!
From me that is. LOL My RZR showed up Friday. The dealer here is open saturdays and closed Mondays, so they won't get it pre-delivered to me until Wednesday. Man am I anxious to get it and start installing acessories. I already read the instructions on the heater install so I'll have a head start. I also assembled the Acc Rack. Man, those Lock N Ride doo dads are cool.

Re: No More Whining!
I started my heater install this weekend and luckily I noticed that I was missing one of the long bolts that hold the Thermostat extender on. If I had cut my tubes and then found out I was missing a critical bolt I would have very upset. It's not one you can buy at the HW store. The instructions don't give you much help with getting things off that need to be removed to get to where you need to get at either. Any help that you can provide will be appreciated. I'm on hold until the bolt comes in.

Re: No More Whining!
Are you guys using the Polaris heater kit, or an aftermarket one?

Re: No More Whining!
I ordered the Polaris heater from Breese. I was going to build a heater at first, but I'm going to have enough to do without that project. One thing I was looking at is it isn't going to blow on the windshield at all, just 1 duct down and one straight back.
Commadore, the instructions say to tap into the return line up under the dash, are they easily distinguished at that point? Why didn't you just go to ther bolt shop and buy another bolt?

Re: No More Whining!
I seen a after market heater with three ducts two under the dash one for the driver and one for the passenger and one for the windshield. It looked really nice.

Re: No More Whining!
The hoses are all very distinguishable. I think the hard part will be getting the on/off valve position correctly for the push/pull control to work right.
It's not a bolt that I could find at my bolt store. Weird length black bolt with fine threads.
