Lift Kits

I have only checked out one lift kit so far, the RubberSideDown kit. It costs around $200.00 to your door. Has anyone here used any other brands and can you enlighten me on which is the best for the money? This is the RSD kit for 200.00 How do others compare for price?

Re: Lift Kits

I actually need to update the pics of the main lift blocks, they now come slightly modified so that aftermarket shocks can be used. So far I have a customer with Elka's and a customer with a setup from Makkin Tracks using the aftermarket shocks with my kit. Since the end diameter on the lower shock mount on these aftermarket shocks is slightly larger in diameter than the lower monuting end of the stock shocks I decided to modify the blocks permanently.

As you can see in the picture below, there is now a channel milled into the blocks 0.800 wide by o.200 deep to allow room for these shocks if and when my customers decide to upgrade shocks.

Re: Lift Kits

The pics say it all!Sorry if original post was rude,It sounded like you were fishing for something else.Rubberdown I see what you are saying, being milled out of solid stock.NO week points. The weld would be the week point but the pressure is from above and below=you can not break a weld by squishing it.I've made my own desision.Talk to you next week.

That's a good looking kit too. I know this has come up on other threads, but I thought I would get the latest info this way. I am concerned about the camber being messed up and have been warned to be careful about it. I am picky about wheel allignment and camber. I like the looks with the extra lift, but I am a little concerned about getting more tippy too.
Jeephreak, am I posting RZR questions on the wrong forum or something? Maybe you would like add something USEFUL here.

I am having such a hard time keeping these and my Rincon kits in stock that word of mouth alone is keeping my shelf empty. I wouldnt want to start to backorder people so I'm not going to add them to the site until I get a bit of a slowdown and stock up a LOT LOL.

Re: Lift Kits

LOL, you putting those tires on your Razor Rubberside? Sounds like you might have to step up production on the lift kits. This forum is probably about as good as any other adertising, all potential customers here. LOL
