Street Legalizing

Has anyone been able to get a changed MSO for their UTV for states like Washington? In Washington the law states that if you can get an MSO stating that the mods are suitable for on road use you can license them. In my area (Liberty Lake <3000 Pop.) they allow golf carts which I feel is not right due to not having any lights whatsoever for the most part, and especially no seat belts. Not even 15 miles away in Idaho they don't have a problem at all.

Re: Street Legalizing

I have a rzr,s and the teryx. I took the rzr to arizona and got it all street legal I do have the lic plate even the teryx I took to idaho and did the same thing no problem at all and riding them on the street is a blast I live in puyallup wa and I have talked to the cops some say im fine others say no way Im just gonna wait till one of them to ticket me and really test the law. I have went thru the r.c.w,s and it reads if you have a vehical that is street legal in one state it is legal here..of course it is allways up to the cop who pulls you over to either ticket you or say your fine..good luck.
