Re: state laws RZR
I live in Oregon, and have not had an issue. They have shut the Rhino's, and Rangers down, but just for the width, and I have only seen this one time. Never had a problem with the RZR.

I live in WV. We don't have any laws. You can ride whatever wherever with how ever much noise you want.

Re: state laws RZR
yeah, here in ca you'd have to stick to jeep trails. you're too wide for atv(if you get caught) trails. in some riding areas you will be ticketed. it has to do with "staying on trails". and as stated above, noise matters.

Re: state laws RZR
you should be able to drive it on the trails. Its 50" wide same has the new quads or quads with aftermarket suspension.

Re: state laws RZR
No problems in Maryland or Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania's 50" gate system is sometimes a problem because the ground is not always level between the gates. But I have always found a way through.
My favorite is North Dakota. First, they recognized my PA tag and there is no need for trails.

Re: state laws RZR
Does anyone know the state laws for Washington State. I've heard the three NE corner counties are going to allow ATVs/UTVs on county roads. I'm not sure what the requirements will be for lights, horn, etc. Does anyone have an answer for that?
