Rattle in steering Column

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I cant belive that polaris would let this slide. I brought i back to my dealer ship and they checked another rzr in for service and it did the same thing. They told me "They are put together before they get them and thats just the way they are." Is anyone else having this problem?

Re: Rattle in steering Column

Yes, my steering does the same thing. I went to Ride Now in Chandler, Az (formorly Town & Country Motorsports) and was told by a tech that my steering wheel was loose and just needed to be tightened. If it was loose, why didn't they tighten it while it was in their shop, because they would have found out it wasn't loose and would've had to dig deeper to find the source of the problem. Dealers piss me off sometimes!
