Ace Bent crank?

Hi guys
Could use a little help with a diagnose. I have a 09 rzr s with 1660 miles on it 400 turboed. No problems until two weekends ago.We were riding REAL hard in the sandwashes, got back to the trailer had lunch, one of guys went to take my rzr for a ride would not go in to any gear without grinding.GOT it home an tore it down.I noticed the secondary was spinning in park, tore clutches out and blew out with compressed air,in the process i noticed the primary needed to be rebuilt,so i bought a brand new one, going to have the old one rebuilt for a spare.Put it all back together with the new primary, STILL GRINDS. Put a third shim behind secondary,GRINDING GONE.Question is why would i have to shim the secondary after 1660 miles trouble free. RPMS THE SAME AS DAY ONE.Iam leaning towards a crank promblem? ANY IDEAS?

Re: Bent crank?

If your crank was bent enough to cause the belt drag to turn the secondary you would be able to clearly see the primary would be out of concentric
