Re: antifreeze is blowing out overflow

That sounds like a leak in the head gasket.
Mine did that a couple times, but only when it got really hot. It turns out that my dealer did not torque down the head bolts tight enough.
So the pressure from the cylinder gets passed the head gasket and pressurizes the coolant system, pushing coolant out the overflow bottle.
When you take off the head you should find some white marks on the black head gasket that will tell you where it was leaking.

I think your right because that's when it does it. For the firsy time the factory gage said hot. I've owned 3 and never had an issue. Needless to say I se them. But I've only driven this around the yard.

Re: antifreeze is blowing out overflow

Ya I think the metal expands just enough when it gets hot and causes the leak...
When it happened to mine I took the head off and the head bolts were really easy to take out. I am confident that my dealer did not torque them down correctly. After I installed a new gasket and torqued the bolts down right I have not had any problems.

If this is what is wrong and you are putting in a new gasket, consider the high flow gasket from HPD. It is a stock gasket with the flow paths for the coolant enlarged a little for better flow.

HPD-INC.com click here: RZR

What brand of turbo kit does it have on it? And where do you ride?

Silly-but did you test the cap? I just had a Ranger here that the owner swore it needed gaskets, all it needed was a new $7.95 radiator cap.

Good tip!
Sometimes it is the simplest thing that we over look...

With mine it only happened when the engine was really hot, and at boost. If it happens all the time when hot and not just at boost, then it might not be the head gasket...
