Re: UHMW A Arm Guards

ON A QUICK NOTE I WAS GOING TO ORDER THE UHMW A ARM GUARDS FROM FACTORY UTV UNTIL I SAW THE SHIPPING COST $32.00 IS JUST CRAZY. I HAVE SOLD THINGS ON E-BAY THAT WERE IN A 3 FOOT X 3 FOOT BOX AND WEIGHED 25 POUNDS FOR LESS THAN THAT. NEEDLES TO SAY I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DID NOT ORDER THEM.

Where are you located? A-arm shipping is normally half that amount or less? Give us a call and we'll make it right for you and you'll get a forum discount on the guards 916-207-8335

Re: UHMW A Arm Guards

For those looking at the UHMW A-arm skids, I put a set of the new style for the 50 inch version, and I love them. They cover everything the stock plate covered up high (I left mine on actually) and they cover the front and underside of the a-arms really well. I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow, I don't have time today. I beat them up pretty bad in a 150 plus miles of trails, rock crawling and duning a couple weeks back, and the only signs of wear at all are on the lower front corner where my wheels have been hitting at full turn, which it seems I do a lot of. I haven't tried adjusting them yet to stop the interference, but will probably do so this weekend since we just got a bunch of new snow that has changed my plans to go riding this weekend.

Re: UHMW A Arm Guards

Just wanted to let everyone know that as soon as bob from factory utv saw my post he told me to call so i did they were more than helpfull. Got the shipping down to a reasonable amount and then gave me a discount on top of it. As far as i'm concerned they are a top notch company and if you have any problems while ordering online like i did call them first before you give up and talk to them they will work with you. Thanks bob and the female person that i talked to sorry i don't remember your name i will order from this company again.

Re: UHMW A Arm Guards

as soon as the wife says go we are ordering a set of 4 a arm guards for our 09 S....after some more money comes in next week

So glad to see they made it right for you... shipping on Ebay kills the deal 9 times out of 10 for me... seems the guy with the legit price and free shipping is usually cheaper then the guy with the half price posted, but in the fine print the shipping makes up the other half of the cost and then some...

I cant wait!! full UHMW protection for the Rzr!! just wish it was this easy to bolt on a belly skid on our other toys... LOL
