Sneak Peak!! Factory UTV Doors

We've been working overtime getting our RZR door design done. Finally we will give you a sneak peak at what we will go into production with. If you are interested in a set of these doors, shoot me a PM. Regular price will be $675, but we'll be selling them to forum members for $575 + Shipping. We are trying to gauge interest to decide how big our first run should be. We will offer the doors in either RZR Red and Black or RZR Green and Black. Hope you like them

Side view, we really wanted to make the doors look like they belonged on the RZR from the get go. Kind of like you want the addition to your house not to look like an addition. I think we nailed it...

The stationary part of the door frame is tied into the RZR frame right at the roll bar mounts for extra strength and rigidity.

Like an old Lincoln Continental, we went with the suicide door design

For our latching mechanism, we went with a slam latch that has a deep shank. Slams shut real easy and pulls open easily as well...

Re: Sneak Peak!! Factory UTV Doors

What about installation looks pretty simple. When are yall expecting to start selling them and what would be a total price shipped to 75570? Is there any kind of warranty that comes with them? Sorry for all the questions

Re: Sneak Peak!! Factory UTV Doors

I like them, but what about flaring them out at the top in the middle a bit just to make the cab feel a little more roomy, and/or to make room for some of the aftermarket wide seats that are available? Here are a couple of my old Rhino just as an example. By the way, awesome doors! If you do widen them up a bit, I am in for sure!!

Re: Sneak Peak!! Factory UTV Doors

This may be a dumb question, but why do most people make doors that open in the front? It would seem that if trail riding and the door opened it would catch a tree etc. Vs if it opened in the back it would hit the tree and slam it shut. No?

I think this will be a great idea. I like to have door (hate the nets), but somehow with my 6'3" and long leg I stick my knee out little bit thru net all the time and I am worry I would feel cramped by the door. But flaring them out could do the trick. IMHO
