Questions about Factory UTV skid plate and A-Arm guards

I bought a 3/8" Factory UTV skid plate and A-Arm guards a few months ago, but just got around to start installing them. I got the main skid plate on, but the front and back pieces look like you have to drill and tap the frame to install them. Is that correct? No instructions were included in the packages. Also no bolts, hardware or instructions were included with the A-Arm protectors. What's up????
