What are the most important RZR mods you would suggest? For me, I'm guessing new 4-5pt belts is right up there and some nice suspension seats. What about the chassis? Do I need to reinforce it as spoken of in various posts, or do I need to get those $$ Chassis Bones (>$500)? There's a lot of talk about chassis flex. Wonder if they changed anything for 2011. New skid plate?...what's wrong with factory plate...it's looks OK. What "must" I do before she goes into regular service.....I'm in the middle of break-in right now. I'd like to get a couple of the necessities out of the way. New belts will be first; then what?

Edit: Forgot to tell you my riding conditions and style: I ride primarily in Maine....Lots of rocks and medium fast driving. Not lots of WOT, but standard eastern trail conditions. I don't jump very often, but tend to ride as fast as possible for the conditions. Lots of crappy clay muck water holes too. We scream around in open fields now and again with some sand pit action. Most riding is under 30 on the trails. Rig is a bone stock 2011 S. -Love it.

Oh and lots of dust :)

Just bought our new RZR last Thursday, and we're having a blast with it! Took it to Carolina Adventure World on Sunday.
My sons and I go to Hatfield McCoy once or twice a year with our ATV's. My wife has been a couple of times on her ATV.
This Thanksgiving it'll be all of us plus my daughter. And the RZR of course!
We've had so much fun, we're talking about getting a second one before thanksgiving. lol
Having there engineering and technology with our experience in the UTV market seemed like a perfect fit" Say's PJ Jones. With more models to come it was logical to start with the RZR and Teryx the two most popular models. Look us up at the Sand Sport Show we will have both kits there ready to take orders.

I need a little help. I have checked every thing i know to check and so far I have not found anything wrong. My voltage to my front diff. was 12volts. I have 23 oms., checking my magnet in the front diff. I then remove the front diff. and to my surprise the spraig is ok...When my 2009 rzr-s was new i could push the AWD switch and climb my steps,(the front diff was locked in). When i jack up the rzr or the diff. seems to be working, But it will not engage trying to climb my stairs? Is it possible for the spraig clutch to be slipping? There are about 400 miles on my rzr-s. A little help please!!
