Ring Installed Gap
Top Ring – Standard 0.0059 +or- 0.138” (0.15 +or- 0.35mm)
Second Ring – Standard 0.0098 +or- 0.197” (0.25 +or- 0.50mm)

I'm not too dumb, but this looks like a top ring gap or .0059 +or- 0.138" Just looks odd to me.

I just need to know where to set the gap at for top and middle ring. Anyone have a good guidance? I thought it was .10" for top and .20" for middle.

So I have been looking at this... Quad Gear Polaris RZR Windshield by Classic Accessories
I figured in case the wife gets cold or we do encounter some weather elsewhere I could take this with us, and it wouldn't take up much space. So my question is... "Has anyone used one of these and could share their experiences on how they hold up?" "Do they fit okay, rip easy, straps tear easy, and etc...

Thanks!

Weighed the rzr over the weekend using some DOT inspection scales. I was quite surprised, I thought it would be a little heavier considering i have a good size steel plate welded on for a skid plate, more metal on the roll cage, full tank of gas, extra 5 gallons on the rear, box full of everything, and cooler full of drinks. According to the math i weigh 225...my actual weight is 180..so i dont know where that came in but it gives me a ballpark. It also helps me get my suspension set up properly now that i know how much I'm carrying. Does this mean i need 400lb springs in the rear?

Who else has weighed their rzr...am i overweight?

Empty- 1075lbs

Driver Front 200 Pass Front 175
Driver Rear 350 Pass Rear 350

With me- 1300lbs

Driver Front 275 Pass Front 200
Driver Rear 425 Pass Rear 400

We just got done dyno tuning a 2009 RZR with K&T bolt on turbo kit and wanted to share the results.. This RZR has a stock engine, and its running at 10psi boost on 91 octane Chevron Unleaded.
On this same dyno a stock RZR makes 32.93 hp and 26.92 tq (we have a stock baseline run on the graph at the end of the video for reference)
Results are as follows:
78.52 hp and 64.59 tq rear wheel horsepower on a Dyno Jet 168 chassis dyno
We filmed the boost gauge during the run and then show the dyno screen at the end of the clip.
Thanks for looking, and please call us at 801.825.5870 or 801.710.2915 for all your RZR high performance needs.
