well i had problems with my 08 rzr it got stuck in gear i gave it alittle tug and it started shifting again BUT there was no resistance so i took it to my dealer and had found that the detent ball had fallen out and had did some prettygood damage to the inside of the case and since it was still under warranty i got lucky and they replaced the trans,transfercase and rearend with the newest 09 out and polaris did away with the one detent assembly and upgraded the other one (there was two in the old trans)i got to take a look inside the gearboxs and man they look like somthing out of a fullsize truck accept the detent assembly
