Adding Coolant ??

I need to add some coolant in my RZR. I cant find my manual so I thought I would ask here. Do you add it through the cap or through the tank? Thanks

Re: Adding Coolant ??

Remove the radiator cap and top off. Then top off the reservoir to the upper line. I have 3 RZRs and they all had some air in the lines from the factory.

Also, dont forget to bleed the air out by unscrewing the bleed screw on top of the thermostat housing.

Re: Adding Coolant ??

There probably was some air in the lines from the factory, but just to be on the safe side, check your clear res. line coming out of the top of your radiator. Mine was leaking there when it warmed up. If it is, just get a very small regular style hose clamp.
