intake question, paranoid?

hey guys,
Went out riding this weekend did 30 miles.
Ihave a 09 rzr bought 3 weeks ago, I check my intake and filter(tb boot also) after every ride. Pulled of my filter couldnt see any signs of dirt so i did the q tip test and it was black and filmy (dusty maybe?), i put q tip on wire taped together and rubbed throttle body valve and entrance to it.

got a pic. what you guys think, i have 190 miles and 22 hours 4 of which accumulated from leaving key on by acc. still using stock filter so if i have any mishaps warranty will cover with no question.
dealer says its a 09, and the tag on frame for date of manufacture says 7-14-08, tried the polaris fix page and it said vin not qualified so the 09 has the fix already im guessing, my tb has a flange for boot.

ideas on pic andf if i should have my dealer look at top end?

if you have the flange on the TB and the Bellow Boot, then i would leave it like it is, keep a eye on it, after the warranty get the BTI or DFR airfilter - i believe there is no modifications needed so you could get it now, and switch back for warranty work.

I think mine was made the same time, and it doesn't have the bellow boot, and I'm assuming it doesn't have the flange on the TB either. Only ones made after September 1st do I believe.
