rzr awd not working cage is new superatv alum
I bought the super atv alum sprague roller.It worked great for 2 day of riding and just quit . the awd light comes on the speedo. I took the front differincial out and no broke cage or gears. I also checked the ohms on the hub coil it had 22.6 ohms. I think that was a good reading not sure thought. please somebody help me out

You can download the manual here, although it is slow if you are not a rapidshare member....

It may be a warped armature plate, or the coil is not seated in the U groove properly. Check both of those items. A wear mark with an interrupted wear pattern, rather than two distinct wear patterns (one inside of the other) is a symptom of warpage of the plate.

Did you replace the fluid or reuse the old? Was it the correct type front and rear are diff.

Watch the Super ATV video, he says something about squeezing the springs a littleor the AWD wont work.

the fluid was new 6.75 oz of the polaris hillard clutch fluid. I have the service manual but could not figure out the coil depth( u shaped groove they were talking about). I ran the rzr for approximatly 10 hr before the awd quit. the thrust plate looked good on the wear platern not skip in wear lines . thanks for everbodys help very much appreciated. jason svtgregory
