Transmission spewing fluid out breather tube

I've had this issue ever since I had my transmission cases replaced(hit a rock and cracked them) by my master motorcyle/automobile tech buddy........but we can't figure out what's causing it. I rode it once after the case replacement and noticed a little fluid on the engine, then rode it again a longer distance and "harder" and quite a bit of fluid spilled all over the engine and after checking the tranny fluid levels found the front half a little low and the rear half way overflowed(must have filled on bench standing up). I then lowered the levels to where they are supposed to be and rode again with the same issues. After several trips and testing I have come to figure out that it will NOT over flow if not under medium/heavy load..........put it in the air and ran to 50+mph for minutes straight with nothing, let idle for twenty minutes with nothing and revved engine in park for minutes with no fluid loss. Any time I do an extended trip and/or do half to WOT runs(especially up hill) it will just start flowing a small river of fluid. I have an extended warrantee but am afraid to bring it in to the stealership for fear that they'll find a way to make it "not covered" as they did with the last problem I had with the Rzr. Anybody ever have anything like this happen? All help is appreciated.
