RZR ECU Upgrade from HotRide4U

Hot Ride now has high performance tuning available for Polaris RZR. Due to the high cost of the base ECU, we offer a programming service to update your factory box.
Hot Ride will also offers the Big Gun TFI Fuel Tuning Module which we typically use to fuel the RZR correctly, due to EPA regulation on Polaris. This TFI will also work in a boosted application such as Turbo Charging or Supercharging. Piggy-back controllers offer easy user fine tuning and make a lot of sense to customize your fuel curve. The only way, however, to alter ignition timing and rev limiters is to replace the factory ECU or reprogram it. It has not been common place to replace the entire fuel injection / timing control on a vehicle due to cost and the integrated nature of the factory module. This leaves only one viable option for ignition; Let Hot Ride program your unit. Our standard tune up includes increasing the rev limiter to 7000 rpm (stock RZR 6500). We optimized the fuel curve to give you an efficient 13.2:1 Air Fuel Ratio. We found the factory programming to be a bit lean, limiting the full power of your RZR. We also optimized the timing for better acceleration and top end. The results on the RZR are simply amazing. There is no doubt in your mind that new did our homework the minute you plug in your new box. You will experience better acceleration and a higher top speed. At 5000 feet of altitude the RZR could barely hit the rev limiter (a common problem for the RZR at lower altitudes). With the reprogramming, we added 4 MPH and a 3 car length holeshot of the stock unit. Custom programming is available.

Features:
. 7000 rpm Rev limit.
. No Speed limiter in Forward or REVERSE.
. Optimized timing curve.
. Optimized fuel curve.
. Faster acceleration and top speed.
. Includes a custom billet cover / heat sink.
. Unit works perfectly on Stock motors as well as Turbo Charged or Supercharged ones.

Re: RZR ECU Upgrade from HotRide4U

johnnycat8 you read my mind. to tell the truth i wasent sure how to spell day-ja -vue. so i thought hmm would cover it. i talked with a cool auto tech yesterday. and he is going to the crash to pick up perfomance mod ideas that he feel's good about selling. im still waiting for the person that i think is the front man on the day-ja-vue cdi box. thay say the box wont help me if i have 27 inch tires. my tires are 9 inch wide tires. the actul height is only 26.5 inchs. i only lost two tenths of a second in 100 feet. my clutch works great. and i test the day-ja-vue box with my stock tires. in 100 feet there was no differance between the stock polaris cdi box and the da-ja-vue box. HMM. in fact from zero to 58 miles per hour the da-ja-vue cdi box and the stock polaris cdi box performed the same. when i hit 58 miles per hour with the day-ja-vue cdi box the rev limiter did not kick in and i was able to hit 59mph to 60mph if the ground was flat it would hold 60mph. slight uphill incline 58 th 59mph. slight downhill long stratch i hit 62mph. the thing i dont understand is when i put my mudlight tires on. the rzr performed the same. the two tenth of a second differance coming out of the hole is the only differance with my 27 inch tires. HMM. if the day-ja-vue box gave you a three car length lead out of the hole. and my clutch isent slipping. HMM. three car lengths at 102 inchs thats a 25.5 foot gain thats a hell of alot. you would feel this differance just by tapping the throtle up and down. im not sure how the rzr thay tested did what thay said it did but i am sure my rzr in stock form and with only the day-ja-vue upgrade the only gain you will see is a higher rev limiter.my rev limiter is being reprogramed today. i hope this turns it into a higher performance cdi box with real resalts.i have spent alot of my time and labor. only to find out if thay dont get it right this time i will have to pay them $200 for any other adjustments. $200 each time i send the box to them. HMMMMM.

Re: RZR ECU Upgrade from HotRide4U

thay tell you in there add that its plug in resalts. if you have alot of engine mods to help you get to 7000rpm. and dont mind spending this kind of money for 500 more rpms. than buy the box. but a stock engine wont be capable of hitting 7000 rpms. i could only hit 6820 rpms and that was on a long down grade. if the head day-ja-vue tech. can bring what he posted in his add he will sell alot of box's. i dont think many people are going to want to pay $400 to $700 for only a 500rpm gain. im giving them one more chance to program there box so it will do what thay say it dos. i will put my stock tires back on again. my box should be here by monday. this is a pain in the a$$.

It is plug in ready. I don't know the other company, we are Hotride4u. It is ready to send now. You can pay a core charge that is refunded when we receive your computer, or send us your computer. For technical questions you can speak with our software engineer or manufacturing engineer.
