This is one of the cleanest setups I have ever seen for UTVs.

That is a BITD rule. All of the UTV class has to run that set up. 2 are always on and the other flashes. It is to identify other racers at night so a faster truck or whatever dont run over a slower. It also lets the officials know the class of the racer. The # also represents the class. The UTV class ie the 1900 series class.
