Re: Whiplash Cinder Mountain
We had a great time. Started off the weekend with a bad CV joint . Pulled the RZR out of the trailer and herd a funny clicking noise only to find out we had ripped a CV boot the race before and didn’t notice it. Got it fixed in plenty of time for the race. Had to buy a CV boot from Danny and Todd ( Thanks again Guys) The race was 5, 9.5 mil loops. It was probable the roughest race so far this year. About 9 mil of the 9.5 were woops. We finished first in class by just over 8 min and we got the overall win as well. I can’t tell you what the times were because someone took the sheet. The KMS , full throttle junkies .com RZR ran flawless. Id like to thank Kelly over at KMS for coming out to the races just in case we needed anything. I would also like to thank BS Sand Seats. Even though the track was extremely ruff I was pretty comfortable. I don’t have any photos yet but soon as I do Ill post them.

Re: Whiplash Cinder Mountain
The engine in my RZR is stock. I have Looney tuned Exhaust, KMS intake and I took the spacer out of the clutch. My RZR also has a Fuel controller on it. It is dyno tuned by KMS Performance out of Phoenix AZ.
The Chasie on my RZR was custom built by B&A motor sport. It has mafia industries long travel and Radflow shocks The Axles are Gorilla with Hot Ride billet hubs.
Gear-One steering box and steering wheel hub

Re: Whiplash Cinder Mountain
I was up there watching and i can attest to his suspension it was soaking those whoops up man. Also for anybody that has not been to the cinders these are probably some of the nastiest whoops out there. Nice Job Ray!

Re: Whiplash Cinder Mountain
Anybody know why the Red Unleashed UTV RZR did not race? I saw it up there on the trailer and assumed it was racing. I was looking forward to watching the FST LT kit on it and how it handled the whoops

Re: Whiplash Cinder Mountain
I was there also. The talk of the UTV race was Kieth (Larry) Aryes son Dillon. 12 years old racing his dads Gear One rhino. 1st time racing it and got 2nd place in Baja Open! This was after he raced his quad and got 3rd in expert class! Congrats Dillon!!!
