Thanks Chris! I think you'll find far more attention to detail in our skids quite frankly.

Re: Recommended Skids That Work W/ Rock Sliders?
The choice is yours my friend you can buy some UHMW skids that work "A CHEVETT" or you can buy some UHMW skids that are precisely cut, formed, counter sinked, and fitted "A CORVETTE". Me personaly, Im Factory UTV all the way because these guys accept no substitute for perfection.

Re: Recommended Skids That Work W/ Rock Sliders?
I'm not going to bash someone else's skids or suggest that theirs are lower in quality, craftsmanship or anything else. I haven't seen their skids up close and they probably haven't seen ours.
I'll let our customers' comments (seen here in this thread and elsewhere) stand for themselves. Certainly, other vendors have received positive comments as well. I think there's room for more than one vendor in this segment. I'm not looking to capture the entire skid plate market nor am I interested in negative back and forth web-arguments like I've seen on many forums. I just want to produce a good product that people with similar interests can count on and sell it at a fair price.
Finally, I'll reiterate a few of the features of our skids:
1. Specifically engineered for the Polaris RZR - for RZR's running nerf bars and not.
2. Countersunk, flat head bolts that provide a perfectly smooth surface and allow for similar movement as the original hardware.
3. Full coverage of the underside of the RZR, including front and rear differentials.
4. Drainage holes and lubricating fluid drain hole access.
5. 3/8" UHMW for a balance of strength and weight.
6. Each skid plate is individually inspected before shipping.
7. Extensive installation instructions with full-color pictures written by a professionally trained writer.
8. Personalized assistance with any issue or question before or after you purchase any item from us.
Now, let's go riding!

Re: Recommended Skids That Work W/ Rock Sliders?
We are not bashing anything, I said we put more attention to detail into our skids because I believe we do. Why do I believe that? Our skids are bent to fit the bottom contour of the RZR, every hole is machined on both sides, hole edges are also machined on both ends and most importantly our skid is designed to work with the factory washers allowing skid movement for frame flex. Every manufacturer designs their skid plates like this for a reason, because otherwise over time you will rip the mounting bolts out of the bottom of your RZR. Maybe not today or next month, but how long do you plan to keep your RZR? 6 months or 5 years? There is a reason the engineers at Polaris/Kawasaki/Can-AM etc... use the design. We are not going to spend the extra time and effort to do things the right way and stand by while others claim to "allow for similar movement as the original hardware" when that is simply not the case. That's not fair to forum members and we want forum members to understand that there is very significant difference. That's not a bash, that's a fact.

Our skids do work with the rock sliders. I'll check on the 09 skid to see if they've changed anything and let you know...

Re: Recommended Skids That Work W/ Rock Sliders?
Frankly I think 3/8" UHMW is too thin.
I've seen two of them with holes punched through.
