Aerocharger RZR pics
Hello everybody my Name is Brad Riley and I am president of HiPerformance the manufacture of the Aerochargers and Aerocharger kits. For many years we manufactured the Aerocharger turbo and have dominated many segments of the performance industry. A few years back we were having trouble with some dealers not producing kits that were not up to my standards so we wanted to engineer an assortment of turbo kits using all of the good engineering practices we have been preaching about for years. Over the years we have chosen a wide range of applications but it was a Polaris engineer friend of mine that pushed us to do the RZR. Nine months after first purchasing our RZR we had tested 5 different fuel systems, head gaskets spacers, base gasket spacers, 4 different air filters, 7K$ in data logging, 1000+ miles of testing, 3 different intercooler designs, 4 different turbo combinations, and countless hours working with Polaris we developed a kit that we were proud to put our name on.
I would like to thank all of you for your support and input. Dave (Sparky) is the one that pushed for the Lock N Ride feature. We current still own the original Aerocharger RZR and rigorous testing continues. We value everybody’s input as we continue to improve our kits and offer more options. We will be release a stage 2 update soon and the performance increase is DRAMATIC! Is with all of our updates we make them available to our past customer at a price slightly above our cost. I encourage everybody to send me pictures of our kits being used in the field as this is our driving motivation while we are stuck in the shop doing calculation on things like airbox volume / cylinder ratios. In the mean time here are some cool pics. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Re: Aerocharger RZR pics
Depends on boost levels. We match our boost level to meet the need of our customers. One of our customers is running 14psi for drag racing and our hare scramble guys run 8-10 to maintain maximum durability. We have some that only run 5.5psi for what reason I don’t know but they are happy. Dyno numbers….well there is a big can of worms to open. Well let’s open it. The CVT is very difficult to run on a dyno and get numbers that mean anything. We do use engine dynos and chassis dyno for R&D but it is the engine dyno that tells the most useful information. Our RZR had about 45hp stock and 83hp with just 6.5psi. In our current configuration we are making ~120HP but have not been back on the dyno that figure is just from running the number on past performance and adjusting the inputs for RPM and boost. FYI we are running stock compression (for throttle snap) 11 psi with 6800rpm. We have a few hundred mile this way and been testing a new belt with the intention off trying to break the belt. No luck yet. Thanks for the question and sorry for the long response.

Re: Aerocharger RZR pics
Brad let me test your new belt
what were you running at St Anthonys? I started at 11 psi then ended at 1 psi Darn exhaust leaks hopefully the new motor mounts will fix that. I just bought a LSR +8 kit so now I need more power so I can get some serious air! Maybe a nice big aerocharger decal would look good on my skid plate

Re: Aerocharger RZR pics
There aint no way a stock crank will live at 6800rpm's at 10lbs of boost or more...That has been proven over and over...
