I think the key is in the adjusting of the belts. I found that with my 4 points, I want the belt portion adjusted first and snug, then the shoulders, which can have a slight amount of give in them as long as they keep you from launching forward in the cab or sliding off your shoulders, I've had the best luck with the above adjustments.
