I would keep an eye on it and make sure you don't let it go below the safe range. Adding 20% Lucas oil should help. (It can't hurt)
Mine was using a half of quart of oil per tank of fuel before I took it in. Polaris is replacing the top end due to dust intake. The best way to ensure your motor is not damaged is to do a compression test and leakdown test. It should be between 150-200 for compression and less than 15% for the leakdown. (Your dealer can do this if you don't have the tools) It runs about $60.00 for the test. I removed my bed before I brought it in and saved a few bucks on the labor.
Polaris should fix your RZR if it fails either test.
