Doug, I too live in Vegas. I ride mostly in the sand dunes but have a cabin up in southern Utah where the 50" rule comes into play, but with a catch. In Utah it doesnt matter if the RZR is 50"'s or not. Their 50" trails with fences say "no side by sides" so even at 50" it doesnt matter. In NV its on non issue, so depending where else you ride, I say go with an S or buy a standard RZR and pick your own LT kit like alot of us have done. Good luck!!
