I ride at Uwharrie all the time and it is TOUGH. We usually park at the Wolf's Den trailhead and go from there. Ron is right, need to get there early because it can get crowded. I don't usually have any trouble because I get there around 6 or 7am. That way I'm done around lunch and can head out to the Eldorado Outpost and eat some lunch on the way home.
