I have a Gen 3 and have kept VERY close attention to the airbox/intake issue. I have had no dust in the throttle body and I have checked after every ride. I am curious as to whether polaris has addressed the issue on Gen 3 or if I just got a good one. Either way....I have owned and still own a couple of 100k+ sports cars that have required modifications to run to there best ability.
The rzr is a relatively small production run item and you should not be suprised that there may be some weaknesses....that is part of the game. You are not buying a honda accord.

I understand your frustration....it is not right, but it is the way it is, in small production items, whether it is a 700k sports car or a 10k dollar toy. Just my 2 cents worth.
