I used electrical rubberized tape (You stretch it to intialize it and make it stick) on both ends of the boot, it sticks to the throttle body and then it sticks to the boot when it is clamped on...not easy to get off when you loosen the clamps, but with a little finesse it'll come off...one wrap is sufficient, but I used 2 wraps...
