First off make sure the rubber seal is still on the lid. Remove the seal and put a coating of waterproof grease in the groove on the lid. Then put the seal back on the lid. Then put a VERY liberal ammount of grease on the aixbox where the lid will seal to it. Button it all back up together. This should seal it right up. Attached to my post is a picture with my airbox completely submerged which happens a minimum of once a ride with us. Granted I am snorkeled, but the airbox has never leaked on me.
