Is there any legitimate discussion happening out there on the net regarding the differences(?) between not only all the various shock manufacturers (quality vs price vs design) but the various aftermarket guys putting out these LT kits?

I think that some of us out here are interested in the engineering, geometry and or 'reasoning' behind these various designs and more importantly...why exactly any one company feels that their product stands apart from the others in terms of long-term affect on the other components (back again to geometry).

Also, is anybody out there working on improving the ride, suspension, or handling for the stock 50" machines with nobody in the side-by-side (cough) 'community' evidently giving a damn that many trails are restricted to 50"...and most likely always will be due to the lack of meaningful organization year-after-year? (sorry, but I'm kind of getting tired of the 'let's just get together and party' attitude that we've witnessed to date).
