I ran 5psi and kept up with all the quaders in our group also climbed olds several times with no problems in awd. Busting a bead was my big worry as well but it never happened. My tires are slimed. I would suggest buying a small air compressor and a ratchet strap from somewhere like Walmart just incase. I think mine was like 19 bucks and plugs into the 12v acc plug. Good piece of mind.
