dgal I had the same leftover parts, called LTE, they said the two extra bolts, nuts and washers have something to do with the air box. I think they were just extras included in the hardware kit. The piece of plate metal stamped with the LTE logo is a heat shield, which is to be placed on the header pipes with the two supplied muffler clamp brackets, they actually bolt around the pipe and they have two bolts that you undo from them and mount the heat shield on the passengers side by screwing those two bolts through the heat shield back into the muffler clamps. The yellow light is there on the TFI, it's just hard to see because it seems to be only a few shades lighter than the green. I had to stare at mine a while, but figured it out. I did take it off and put it back on and it did make a big difference. As with anything, it just takes time to figure it out. As with me, I have no patience, but I'm learning.
